DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! I currently ship to certain parts of Asia, US, Canada, UK, and Australia! Custom fees may apply depending on the location and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP OUT MY ORDERS?

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. Please be sure to check your email for your tracking number <3

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO REACH ME?

Domestic shipping it will take approximately 1-2 weeks.

International shipping will take approximately 1 month.

Please note that these estimates are made by USPS and is it not guaranteed.

 

MY TRACKING SAIDS THAT MY PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED, BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

After the order has been shipped out, it is unfortunately, out of my jurisdiction. You can get in contact with USPS and file a lost package claim or ask them to help locate your packages. 

 

MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL :(

I'm sorry your package arrived damaged. Please don't hesitate to contact me with picture/video proofs of the damages within 24 hours after receiving the package. Please be sure to be detailed in your description and take as many pictures as possible to speed up the decision process. Please note that not all damaged packages are guaranteed a refund, refunds decision will be made at the shop's discretion.

 

I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS, HOW CAN I FIX IT?

If the order has not been shipped out, please contact me and I will do my best to fix it! Once the order has been shipped out, I won't be able to do anything. I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address, so please make sure to double and triple check your address before submitting your order.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and shipped out, I won't be able to cancel or refund your order. Due to the nature of slimes and to prevent any hygienic issues, all of my sales are final.
